My name is Wendy Vernon and I am an owner of Convenient Tax Service with my sister, Cori Huston. I have prepared taxes since 1996. I like the fact that we provide a relaxed, friendly atmosphere for our clients at an affordable price. Most of our new clients are referred by the family and friends of current clients that we’ve had for years. We really appreciate the trust that our clients have in us. After tax season, you can reach me or my staff with any questions you have.
After tax season, I work with my sister, Cori, running a Merry Maids franchise. I first started working in the family business in 1988 when our Mom, Sue Covington, opened the franchise territory. Since then, Cori and I have taken over the business. Prior to that, I graduated from Ripon College with a degree in business management.
In my spare time, I enjoy baking and gardening. I love to play tennis with the USTA in the summer and my friends at Princeton Club. My husband is an entrepreneur as well and we have four grown children.
